What is a Ballot Issue Committee?

Contributions & Funding
Unlike candidate-specific PACs, ballot issue committees have unique rules regarding who can contribute and how much can be given.
Key Legal Rules
- Corporate & Labor Contributions: Ballot issue committees may accept direct corporate and labor organization contributions.R.C. 3599.03 (Source ↗)
